This site is provided by Beauregard Estates LLC to describe the community at 2080 Lowery Rd, Wesson, MS 39191 and the new manufactured homes offered for delivery to land you already own. Information can change. Use Let’s talk to confirm anything before you rely on it.

Rentals

Sending the online application is a request to be considered for a trailer lease. It is not a lease, a reservation, or a promise that a home is available. Rent, deposit, and move-in dates are agreed in writing if we offer you a home.

Homes for sale

New homes listed for sale are delivered and set up on land you already own — not placed at Beauregard Estates. Prices and packages on this site are current offers and may change. A sale is not complete until we confirm your property is in range and agree in writing.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you send is true to the best of your knowledge, and that we may contact the references and employers you list as part of reviewing a rental application.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. Beauregard Estates LLC is not responsible for third-party maps, email delivery delays, or decisions you make from information that has since changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
