This page explains what Beauregard Estates collects when you use this website, and how that information is used.
Last updated August 15, 2026.
What we collect
If you send a note through the contact form, we receive your name, a way to reach you (email or phone), and your message.
If you submit the rental application, we receive the details you enter: your name and contact information, current address, previous landlord, employer and income, references, household size, vehicles, desired move-in timing, optional comments, and your typed signature. We do not ask for a Social Security number on this site.
How we use it
We use that information only to follow up on your inquiry or application — by phone, email, or in person. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising lists.
How it is sent
Form submissions are emailed to Beauregard Estates through our email provider (Postmark). We do not keep a public account or resident portal on this website.
How long we keep it
Application and contact emails are kept as long as needed to review your request and, if you rent here, to manage the tenancy. Ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a lease, and we will do so when we are not required to keep it.
